Many women post-childbirth (as well as during menopause) suffer from a weakened pelvic floor, which can often cause incontinence issues and leave many women feeling alone and embarrassed. Today, Nicole and Lauren have an honest discussion about the state of their pelvic floors and how they got on with the pelvic floor trainer.
